The European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA) has published a report entitled "Engineering Personal Data Protection in EU Data Spaces", providing essential insight into the considerations and measures needed to navigate this complex environment.
Common European Data Spaces are a new concept introduced in the European Data Strategy and developed in the Data Governance Act (DGA). The ENISA report attempts to contextualise the main design principles concerning the protection of personal data and to demonstrate how to design for the protection of personal data through two use cases of a European data space envisaged in the pharmaceutical field.
