The CNPD will attend and participate in the RAID conference, which takes place in Brussels from 23rd to 24th of September.
The first day of the conference will focus on topics that are relevant to specific sectors, namely Healthcare, Industry & Automation, Government & Technology, and Financial Services.
The second day features 8 panels that discuss to following subjects:

- Making Tech Legislation Work in Practice

- International Alignment on Technology Regulation
Tine A. Larsen, chair of the CNPD, will take part in the 4th round table of the day (‘Making Tech Legislation Work in Practice’). The following points will be addressed:
- What are the challenges in implementing the new wave of tech legislation: the AI Act, DSA and DMA?
- Regional harmonisation: how is implementation and enforcement going to happen in the same way across Europe?
- Lessons from the experience of GDPR: how can we avoid overstretching DPAs
