The CNPD is supporting the Union Internationale des Avocats in organising a seminar entitled "Challenges for the law of obligations, artificial intelligence, fintech, data protection and new legislation on digital services". Bonn & Schmitt, the Bars of Strasbourg, the Institut de Droit Européen des Barreaux - I.D.E.B, the European Commission European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Council of Europe, the University of Luxembourg and the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT).
The event is open to lawyers and non-lawyers; working sessions will be in French and English, with simultaneous translation.
