On April 23, 2025, the CNPD is organizing a DaProLab Reloaded session on the theme of
"AI & Data Protection: Practical Study of an AI System"
This DaProLab will involve participants in a use case scenario. Participants will be asked to classify the proposed system with regard to the AI Act, determine the competent authority, the various applicable regulations, and the risks to personal data protection.
But what is a DaProLab and what does it consist of?
Objective: Adopt an attitude of accountability and comply with the GDPR.
Format: An interactive workshop where data protection professionals exchange ideas, interpretations, and points of view on specific topics.
Procedure: Participants compare their decisions, points of view, and ideas to obtain constructive feedback.
Exchange: Sharing knowledge, experiences, and best practices. Moderation: The CNPD acts as moderator and mediator to ensure productive discussions.

📝 Participant Acceptance Procedure:
To ensure diversity among the different types of profiles in the DaproLab, the CNPD collects registration applications in an initial phase and, if necessary, selects participants in a second phase. The CNPD reserves the right to select participation requests based on the target audience and the DaProLab charter. Commercial approaches and general consultancy will not be automatically accepted.
