The Chamber of Commerce, the Department of Media, Connectivity and Digital Policy of the Ministry of State and the CNPD have the pleasure to invite you to the conference "The AI Act in Action - Bridging policy and practice in the age of AI", which will take place on 20 January 2026, in the presence of Elisabeth Margue, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister for Media and Connectivity, and Dr Lucilla Sioli, Director of the EU AI Office.
This event will bring together various experts, relevant national authorities and industry stakeholders to explore the practical implementation of the AI Act in Luxembourg. The programme highlights include:
- Demystifying the AI Act: Real-life use cases by companies and interactive discussions to clarify the obligations introduced by the new regulation,
- Compliance in practice: In-depth analysis of roles and responsibilities of various actors, with guidance on how to ensure compliance,
- AI Literacy: Deep dive into actionable guidance and key resources,
- New Governance: Explanations of the governance framework, single point of contact, and synergies with other regulations,
- Support for Innovation: Presentation of regulatory sandboxes and national initiatives to reconcile innovation and compliance.
The conference aims to facilitate the discussion on essential aspects of obligations and national governance, while encouraging dialogue between regulators and innovators.
