The CNPD has granted on 13/02/2026 HACA Partners as a certification body, in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 of the applicable data protection law.
This accreditation authorizes HACA Partners, for a period of five years and in all EU and EEA Member States, to issue certifications based on the Europrivacy certification criteria, a framework recognized for assessing the compliance of personal data processing activities.
This same approval based on the Europrivacy certification criteria had already been granted to EY PFS Solutions on 24/10/2025, and three companies had obtained accreditations based on the GDPR-CARPA certification criteria.
