Join us for a topical discussion on how to make AI-generated content transparent and trustworthy. This DaProLab session brings together experts in the field to explore best practices regarding the transparency of AI-generated content.
Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 has been in force: providers of generative AI systems must, in particular, mark their outputs in a machine-readable format, and those deploying such content must label hyper-manipulations as well as texts published on matters of public interest. As organisations publish increasing amounts of AI-generated or AI-modified content – including text, images, videos and interactions with chatbots – it is becoming essential to understand how to correctly mark and label such content. Discover the practical recommendations set out in the Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content, as well as current approaches to marking and labelling.
The main topics covered are as follows:

- Current challenges and limitations of labelling and tagging AI content
