The CNPD is organising a training session entitled ‘Data Protection Basics: Artificial Intelligence’, a four-hour course designed to help participants understand the challenges posed by artificial intelligence in relation to data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Description
Against the backdrop of the rapid and significant rise of artificial intelligence in the day-to-day operations of organisations and society, and the growing importance attached to this development at national and European level, the CNPD is offering a training course designed to familiarise participants with the basic concepts of AI, whilst addressing the links with personal data protection and the GDPR. The training course is designed to be interactive, featuring exercises and discussions that enable participants to envisage themselves in different scenarios.
The four-hour session will take place in person, in French. It is aimed at participants who already have a good understanding of personal data protection.
For those with no prior knowledge of the subject, it is recommended that they first attend the CNPD’s ‘Data Protection Basics’ training course or complete the ‘DAAZ’ online self-study programme. Registrations may be subject to selection based on experience and the number of places available.
