The approach

Through this initiative, the CNPD makes its expertise in data protection available to actors in the AI field. A specific plan, developed in collaboration with each participating organisation, is defined according to five guiding principles.

Proactivity:

To anticipate the challenges and possible risks related to data management in AI, in order to put in place appropriate preventive measures ensuring compliance with the principles of personal data protection.

Collaboration:

By promoting close cooperation between companies and CNPD staff, established in an open dialogue for the duration of the project, in order to address the various issues together and foster the sharing of technical and legal expertise.

Experimentation:

This involves testing new technologies and approaches to data use, providing the necessary experience to understand technological developments and changes in the regulatory landscape, ensuring continued compliance with data protection standards.

Agility:

An attitude based on an iterative approach aimed at identifying and resolving possible data protection problems from the early stages of development.

Result-oriented:

This principle focuses on the final objective to be achieved rather than on the processes and methods used to achieve it. Indeed, the objective is to enable innovation that respects privacy and complies with data protection regulations. Sandkëscht's operations focus on clearly defining the expected results and finding solutions to achieve these results effectively and efficiently.
