You have a right of access to the processing of personal data by the Police, the State Intelligence Service, the National Security Authority, the Army, the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Customs and Excise Administration.
You can exercise your right of access by contacting the controller directly and ask to obtain the personal data he concerning you and certain additional information. The modalities of this right of access are regulated by Articles 13 and 14 of the Act of 1 August 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data in criminal and national security matters.
