The CNPD is proud to be taking part in the first edition of the TechWeek Citoyenne in Luxembourg, which will be held from 31 March to 5 April 2025 in Esch-sur-Alzette and the surrounding area.
On Thursday 3 April, a CNPD officer will be taking part in the ‘TN'Teens’ event at the Digital Learning Hub. The event will feature workshops starting at 8.00am, followed by a quiz and a final with prize-giving. The CNPD will be co-organising a workshop on the subject of deceptive design in video games. These ‘dark patterns’ are being used more and more, particularly in ‘Free to Play’ games, and encourage users to spend money.
The event is open to the general public and entirely free of charge.
