Procedure for complaints before the CNPD
Complaints under articles 77 and 80 of the GDPR and articles 44 and 46 of the Act of 1 August 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data in criminal matters and in matters of national security are handled by the services of the CNPD in accordance with the procedures described in the document below.
